Have fun and create your own Hand Painted Silk Scarf with
local artist and educator, Isabelle Debrosse Hardesty. Learn some of the
basics of painting on silk using the Wet on Wet Technique and the Salt
Technique. This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners. Isabelle
will briefly discuss the history of silk painting followed by a fun and
dynamic silk painting demonstration. She will then guide you
step-by-step as you create your own 6" x 24" hand painted silk scarf to
take home. (Larger scarves available for purchase.) Space is limited;
first come, first served.
